Return Policy

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item for a full refund within 30 days from the time you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please e-mail us at: support@instaraise.org with your original order number to obtain an RMA number and return/exchange confirmation and instructions. Please write the RMA number on the original invoice and include it in the box. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insuring the package. Once the return has been received, you will receive your refund in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Some health and personal care items
Pet products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If 30 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, we regrettably cannot offer you a full refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time, but will replace an item if the original one sent was defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at support@instaraise.org.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
